• Verification is not endorsement: While we verify credentials and conduct background checks, this does not constitute a medical endorsement or guarantee of performance.

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

All caregivers, nurses, physiotherapists, medical attendants, and other service professionals listed on the AtYourHome platform are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of SYNQORA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED.

The AtYourHome Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Warranties that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information on the platform.
• Warranties that caregivers will achieve a specific health, recovery, or wellness outcome.
• Warranties that the services will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, AtYourHome expressly disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all information published on this platform is accurate and up to date. However:

• Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
• Blog articles and health guides are for general informational purposes only and may not reflect the latest clinical guidelines.
• Caregiver credentials are self-reported and verified to a reasonable degree, but are not guaranteed to be accurate at any given point in time.
• Service area coverage maps are indicative and may not reflect real-time availability in all locations.

• AtYourHome has no control over the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of third-party websites.

• AtYourHome is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of any third-party website or service.
• Third-party service providers (such as Razorpay and Google Maps) operate under their own terms and privacy policies, for which AtYourHome bears no responsibility.

Our caregivers are instructed to call emergency services immediately if a client is in immediate danger. However, AtYourHome cannot guarantee response times or outcomes in emergency situations and bears no liability for delays in emergency response.

The Company shall not be liable for any of the following, even if advised of the possibility of such damages:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.
• Any personal injury, property damage, or health deterioration arising from caregiver services.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, blog content, or service descriptions on this platform.
• Any harm resulting from your failure to disclose accurate or complete medical information.
• Any delay, cancellation, or unavailability of a professional due to circumstances beyond our control.

AtYourHome makes no guarantee of uninterrupted service availability. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Technical failures or infrastructure outages beyond our control.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, or internet outages).
• Caregiver unavailability or cancellation at short notice.

Service availability varies by geographic area. The display of a service on the platform does not guarantee it is available in your specific location at the time of booking.

AtYourHome reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

AtYourHome reserves the right to update or revise this Disclaimer at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform, with the "Effective Date" updated accordingly. Where required by applicable law, we will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
