About Us

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are published by SYNQORA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, operating the platform AtYourHome accessible at atyourhome.co.in (the "Platform").

Registered Address: 6-65/2/102 Datta Sai Enclave, Chanda Nagar, Hyderabad – 500050, Telangana, India.

References to "we", "us", "our", or "Company" in these Terms mean SYNQORA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. References to "you", "your", or "User" mean any person who accesses or uses the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Platform, registering an account, or placing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable Indian laws.

Eligibility & Account

Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or place a booking. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. Bookings for minor patients must be made by a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on the minor's behalf.

Account Registration: Certain features of the Platform require you to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information.
  • Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party.
  • Notify us immediately at contact@synqora.in if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in any conduct harmful to the Platform, its users, or its professionals.

Our Services

AtYourHome is a technology platform that connects users seeking home healthcare services with independent, verified healthcare professionals (nurses, physiotherapists, caregivers, lab technicians, and other allied health workers).

Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Home nursing care and post-operative assistance
  • Physiotherapy and rehabilitation at home
  • Elder care and attendant services
  • Diagnostic and laboratory sample collection at home
  • Mother and newborn care
  • Medical equipment rental and assistance
We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. Service availability may vary by location within our operational areas.

The specific scope, duration, and inclusions of each service are described on the respective service pages of the Platform. You are responsible for reviewing service details before placing a booking.

Healthcare Disclaimer

AtYourHome is not a medical institution, hospital, clinic, or healthcare provider. We are a technology platform that facilitates connections between users and independent healthcare professionals. We do not practice medicine or provide medical advice.

The following limitations apply to all services offered through the Platform:

  • Not a substitute for emergency care: Our services are not designed to handle medical emergencies. In case of a life-threatening emergency, call 108 (national ambulance) or go to the nearest hospital immediately.
  • Not a substitute for physician advice: Information on our Platform does not constitute medical advice. Always consult your treating physician before making any healthcare decision.
  • Independent professionals: Healthcare professionals who deliver services through the Platform operate as independent contractors, not as employees or agents of the Company. The Company is not responsible for the clinical decisions, acts, or omissions of these professionals.
  • No guarantee of outcomes: We do not guarantee any specific medical outcome, recovery period, or clinical result from any service delivered through the Platform.
  • Verification is not endorsement: While we verify credentials and conduct background checks, this does not constitute a medical endorsement or guarantee of performance.

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

Bookings & Payments

Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation (email or SMS) from us. Submission of a booking request does not guarantee availability or confirmation.

Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate patient details, service address, and medical information when placing a booking. Inaccurate information that results in an inappropriate or unsafe service being delivered is your responsibility.

Pricing: All prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any change will not affect a confirmed booking.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, and cash on delivery (Pay at Service), subject to availability. Payments are processed by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway partners.

Payment Timing: Online payments are due at the time of booking. Cash on Service payments are due at the time of service delivery, before the professional begins the session.

We do not store your full card number or CVV on our servers. All payment data is handled exclusively by our certified payment gateway partners.

GST: Goods and Services Tax (GST), where applicable, will be charged at the prevailing rate and shown separately on your invoice.

Cancellation & Refunds

Our cancellation and refund rules are governed by our dedicated Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The key rules are summarised below:

  • Within 5 minutes of booking: 100% refund.
  • More than 24 hours before service: 100% refund.
  • 2 to 24 hours before service: 50% refund.
  • Less than 2 hours before service: No refund.
  • Cash on Service bookings: Not eligible for monetary refunds.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refunds in disputed cases are at the sole discretion of the Company.

User Obligations

By using the Platform, you agree to:

  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Provide a safe, respectful, and accessible environment for the healthcare professional during home visits.
  • Disclose all relevant and accurate medical information necessary for the safe delivery of the service.
  • Not engage in any form of harassment, abuse, discrimination, or threatening behaviour towards any professional or Company employee.
  • Not record, photograph, or film a healthcare professional without their explicit prior consent.
  • Not attempt to solicit services directly from healthcare professionals introduced through the Platform, bypassing the Platform's booking system, for a period of 12 months from your last booking.
  • Not reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform without our written permission.
  • Not use the Platform to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful or deceptive content.
Violation of any user obligation may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and/or legal action under applicable Indian law.

Professional Conduct & Our Role

Healthcare professionals listed on the Platform operate as independent contractors. The Company's role is limited to:

  • Credential verification and background checks before onboarding.
  • Matching users with appropriate professionals based on service type, location, and availability.
  • Facilitating communication, scheduling, and payment.
  • Providing a framework for quality standards, safety protocols, and conduct guidelines.

The Company does not direct, supervise, or control the clinical judgment or medical decisions of any professional during a service delivery. Professionals are bound by their respective professional and ethical codes of conduct.

If you experience any issue with a professional's conduct, please report it immediately to contact@synqora.in. We take all complaints seriously and will investigate and act within 48 hours.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of SYNQORA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED or its content licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose. This licence does not permit you to:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
  • Use any Company trademark, logo, or trade name without prior written consent.
  • Frame or embed any part of the Platform in another website or application.
  • Use Platform content for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us may be used by us freely without obligation or compensation to you.

Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal and health information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms a binding part of this agreement.

By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

  • "As Is" Basis: The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • No Uptime Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. We may suspend access for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Third-Party Content: The Platform may contain links to or content from third-party websites. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any third-party content.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or internet outages.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the specific booking giving rise to the claim in the preceding 3 months.

The Company shall not be liable for any of the following, even if advised of the possibility of such damages:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.
  • Any injury, illness, or adverse medical outcome arising from a service delivered by an independent healthcare professional.
  • Any harm resulting from your failure to disclose accurate or complete medical information.
  • Any delay, cancellation, or unavailability of a healthcare professional due to circumstances beyond our control.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our own proven gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is not permitted by Indian law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your breach of these Terms or any applicable law.
  • Your use or misuse of the Platform.
  • Any information you provide that is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
  • Any conduct by you that harms a healthcare professional, another user, or a third party.
  • Any violation of the rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defence of such claims.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution Process:

  • Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal complaint, you agree to contact us at contact@synqora.in and allow us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
  • Step 2 — Mediation: If informal resolution fails, the parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed mediator before pursuing litigation.
  • Step 3 — Litigation: Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Consumer disputes may also be referred to the relevant Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

  • Update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
  • Notify registered users via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before significant changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account by contacting us.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The version with the latest effective date always applies.
