Bookings paid in cash at the time of service are not eligible for monetary refunds under any cancellation window. These must be cancelled before the professional departs for your location.
Approved refunds are credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used at checkout (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking).
Accounts with a pattern of repeated cancellations may face temporary booking restrictions to ensure service availability for all users.
Refunds in disputed cases are at the sole discretion of AtYourHome. Our support team will review each case individually and respond within 2 business days.
