Users can cancel service bookings before the scheduled service time. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of booking or before service begins.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable if cancellation is approved or if the service was not delivered as expected. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Late cancellations after service has started
  • Incorrect booking details provided by user
